Booking information

When you submit a booking through the embedded Google Calendar, Google processes your name, email address and the session details you enter. Alp Avcı receives these details to organise your appointment and communicate about your shoot.

Selecting a map location on this site does not submit a booking. The copy button copies your selection to your device clipboard; you choose whether to paste it into the booking form.

Website services

Cloudflare delivers this website. Google Fonts provides typefaces, and OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles. Leaflet files are delivered by unpkg. Your browser connects to these providers, which can receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser information. Google Calendar loads when you open available times.

Optional analytics

If optional analytics is enabled on this site, a choice will appear before Google Analytics loads. You may decline and still use the site. Measurement is limited to page visits and actions such as opening the calendar or a gallery; it does not include booking-form text, email addresses or precise map pins. Opening a calendar is not treated as a completed booking.

Your analytics preference, if selected, is saved in this browser. Use the analytics choices control when available to change it.

Contact and external services

For questions about information you have shared for a shoot, contact Alp. Booking records may need to be kept to manage appointments and business records; retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations.

External services operate under their own policies: Google, Cloudflare and OpenStreetMap Foundation.
